These professionals are licensed under applicable state law and are subject to applicable insurance regulatory requirements. The information shared may be subject to oversight by state insurance departments and other regulatory authorities.

We may share your information with third-party business partners and service providers who assist us in operating the Site, conducting our business, and providing the Services. These partners are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than to carry out their specific obligations to FundaDream.

Charitable Giving and Your Information

FundaDream directs a portion of its general corporate revenues to IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organizations on a periodic basis at the sole discretion of FundaDream leadership.

FundaDream does not collect, use, or share any personal information from users of this Site in connection with its charitable giving activities. The giving is made from FundaDream’s general corporate revenues and is not tied to any individual user, transaction, policy, or client relationship. No user’s personal information is disclosed to any charitable organization as part of FundaDream’s giving program.

Email Marketing

If you elect to subscribe to our newsletter or other email communications, we will use your name and email address to send those communications to you. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication, or by contacting us at contact@fundadream.org.

Telephone Contact — TCPA

By submitting an inquiry through the Site, you may consent to being contacted by FundaDream and licensed financial professionals in our network by telephone. Please review the Telephone Contact Consent section of our Terms of Use for the full scope of your consent. 

Our Commitment to Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Inquiry and lead data submitted through the Site will be retained for three years from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion in accordance with your rights described below. We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by applicable law or regulation, including California insurance producer recordkeeping requirements.

Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important to us. The Services are intended for use only by adults aged 18 and older. FundaDream does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under the age of 18, and no part of the Services is directed to persons under 18 years of age.

If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use or access the Services. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a person under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 18 has provided information to FundaDream, please contact us at contact@fundadream.org.

International Visitors

The Services are hosted in the United States and are intended solely for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that you are transferring your information to the United States for storage and processing.

Do Not Track Disclosures

Various browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option, but there is no industry standard for how these signals should be honored on commercial websites. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track consumer browser settings.

Changes and Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you about material changes by placing a prominent notice on the Site or by sending you an email. Material modifications are effective 30 calendar days after our initial notification or upon your acceptance of the modified terms.
